Some say the world is coming to an end. Others say a big change is on the way. Most of us aren't sure what to think, and it's driving us all mad.
There were always problems, obviously, but even the resources we had are starting to dwindle. The grass of the Kethali is beginning to die. The water of the Fiele is starting to dry up. The trees of the Koehaer are losing their leaves. The Free, usually so great in numbers, have begun to dwindle as well. To survive, most have needed to choose a herd. The Minglelands don't have enough for all of them to survive.
We used to share these things, providing an eternal peace, but this has come to an end. We hoard our prized resources for fear of losing them forever and fights have begun to break out. It is only a matter of time before war breaks out. Tension is running high among the herds. It is said there are even fights within the herds. No one is sure what brought about this change, either. Perhaps there is something to the idea of an apocalypse after all.
I suppose we'll just have to wait and see.
