Death: It's No Big Deal
In the world of the afterlife, “death” is still a concern. You can be mauled, maimed, shot, blown up, and killed in plenty of different ways. You feel every single last bit of it too. However, death is not permanent; in fact, you’re already dead so it really doesn’t matter. After your character has been killed, they will be revived in the Nurse’s Office, all fixed up and cleaned up. You might have some bandages or minor injuries, but you will still be alive and well. However, you must still ask permission before you can “kill” a person’s character in thread.
Moving On: Disappearing
It is believed that the afterlife presented is not a permanent location but a temporary one. Many people have arrived to only disappear. It is the belief of the Afterlife War Front that living the lives of an NPC will cause one to disappear, and therefore resist all attempts to follow the rules of the school. They wear their own uniforms, fail exams, don’t do homework, and other such things. Disappearing, they believe, will cause one to reincarnate as something like a sea slug or something equally low and base.
However, the reality of the situation is that the purpose of the Afterlife is to allow those with regrets to live the life they never had and to overcome those regrets. Following ones dreams and coming to terms with one’s life will allow you to reincarnate into a new life.
Creating Weaponry: It’s as Easy as Dirt
In the Afterlife, making weaponry is a rather easy task. If you have the memory to make something, and know the insides and out of what you are wanting to build, it is an easy process to do so. All it takes is dirt, combined with this memory and knowledge of the object, will allow you to create it. Guild uses this process to create machinery and weaponry for the Afterlife War Front. However, this process could be done by anyone, though usually the person will have had experience as a craftsman in their former life.
Angel Player: Program the Power
A mysterious computer program of unknown origin, it gives those who are able to decipher the coding of the program to give themselves advanced powers and abilities to use in the Afterlife. The most prominent user of this program is Tenshi/Kanade, who uses the program to enforce her position of Student Council President and deal with the Afterlife War Front. The amount of people who would be able to understand the coding of the program is small, requiring extensive knowledge of computers and computer programming to use it to its full potential.
