Type:Canon or Original?
Age: What is your character's age? Characters are generally within teenage-years of age
Gender: Self explanatory
Sexuality: Again, self explanatory.
Crushes: Any particular person or character your person has an interest in?
Face Claim: Who's picture did you use for your character and, if possible, what show it is from. Please keep it anime/animated, and realistic (as in ignore nekos, anthros, etc.). Note that if you want to and have the skills, you can draw your own character if you want.

And if possible, mention where you got the image if it isn't from a series or anything.

Description: While we do use the face claim, it is also important that you write out the description for us. Besides, you are allowed to have your description different from the picture (though stick with the general body, hair, etc.) Remember that each faction generally has their own uniforms and clothing they wear, though obviously customization is encouraged. See the Faction Information thread for more info in this regard.

Personality: The most important part of your character, this tells what your person thinks, feels, behaves, etc. This is the core of your character, and therefore you have to show some work on it. It should be a minimum of 3 paragraphs long, though of course you are encouraged to go further.

History: Tell us about your person's life and how they became who they are. Their triumphs and falls, the good and the bad, etc. It is second in importance to the personality, so it should show some serious work on it. Considering that this is set in the afterlife where they are dealing with their biggest regrets, there are several important things that must be dealt with:

1) Life before they died
2) Their biggest regret
3) Their position in regards to the existence of God and what faction they favor
4) Life since they arrived in the afterlife

Combat Style: Mostly aimed at those in the Afterlife War Front and Student Council factions, describe the weapons and combat used by the character. For example, many of the Afterlife War Front members have a weapon or gun they use while Kanade/Tenshi uses Angel Player to gain access to many unique powers and skills.

Nickname:What's your name/nickname. This is so we have an idea of what to call you. Plus, helps keep track of who controls what character.

Seen the Anime?: We just like to know if you've seen the Angel Beats anime or not. Not required for the site to have seen it though.
How Did You Find Us?:Self explanatory

Sample RP: Give us an idea of just what you can do. There isn't a required length, but that doesn't mean you can get away with a few sentences. Show us that you have not only skill, but dedication. Doesn't have to be a Angel Beats RP example, though it would be nice. It doesn't even have to be a brand new sample as long as you tell us where you got the sample from.

Note that after you make one character you can just copy/paste the sample from that character onto any other characters you make. I find it redundant and just plain busy work to make people make new samples for every new character.
